11. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using AskMyGPTNow (askmygptnow.com), operated by Bright Brain AI LTD, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any portion of these terms, you must discontinue platform usage immediately.
22. Description of Platform Services
AskMyGPTNow provides custom AI chatbot creation, document embedding ingestion, website widget deployment, real-time live inbox takeover, team role delegation, and WhatsApp integration capabilities.
33. Acceptable Use Policy
- Maintain accurate account credentials and secure access tokens.
- Do not upload illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized copyrighted materials.
- Respect message rate limits, token allocations, and subscription quotas.
44. Billing, Upgrades, & Cancellations
Paid subscriptions (Growth, Scale, Enterprise) are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date. Cancellations retain access through the end of the paid billing cycle.
